The figure above is an electrostatic potential diagram of the peptide amide, COLINPOWELL, in an antiparallel beta sheet conformation.  The peptide exhibits anticancer and immune stimulating properties.  The color code is turquoise for the carbon skeleton, blue for positive potential, and red for negative potential.
